Owner's
Message
We launched the
orignal PC Paramedic on July 3rd 1995 in Dallas and made
SaddleBrooke a second location for the business in the fall of 2002.
We began by making service calls to SaddleBrooke residents, and, if a
computer needed bench work, we did it in our garage, kitchen or any other
flat surface in our house. Linen closets were filled to the brim with
Hard Drives, Motherboards, and CPU's. By the summer of 2004, the business
had grown sufficiently that we were in dire need of both space and
employees.
We opened
the doors to the Computer Store in the SaddleBrooke Shopping Center on
September 6, 2004. In addition to service, the store has given us the
opportunity to offer a wide variety of products as well as local, friendly
support to our customers. As many of you know, we also reopened the
SaddleBrooke Post Office, now known as
Julie's Gift Post
on September 1, 2006.

Where
are they? |
| Although James and Julie originally spent most of
their time in the
store or making service calls, customers do not see them as much as they
used to.
Julie does the much of the "behind the scenes"
management (accounting, payroll, HR, inventory, etc) for both PC Paramedic and Julie's Gift Post, home of the SaddleBrooke Post Office. James keeps
the data center running smoothly, develops websites for individuals and
businesses, and creates productivity tools for the company. He is
also a dedicated student of the latest technology and coach for
our outstanding team of technicians. |
